He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Willard Green and Vernice Maher (Hendricks); his wife Mary Jo; his children, Stephen Maher (Lisa) of Erie, James Maher of Lenexa and Cathy Young (Darryn) of Humboldt; his grandchildren, Hayden Maher of Overland Park, Evan Maher of Erie, Cassie Freeman of Gardner, Carly Manion of Toronto and Caitlin Kuhn of Buffalo; and his siblings, Hilgar Maher and Genevieve Phillips. He was also cherished by five great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
