He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harvey Manly and Cora Manly (Gray); his sons, Robert Manly (Jeanette) of Ottawa and Gary Manly of Cottage Grove, OR; his granddaughters, Morgan Manly of Jacksonville, FL and Myla Manly of Ottawa; and his brothers, Cecil Manly of Wamego, KS and Skip Manly. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
