He is survived by: his wife Dixie Arlene Cardwell; his sons, Kevin Cardwell, Of Arvada and Kenneth Cardwell of Elbert, Colorado; his grandchildren, Jacob Garcia, Of Denver, Madison Garcia of Centennial, Madison Small of Arvada, Jennifer Cardwell of Colby and Zachary Cardwell of Colby, Kansas; his great grandchild Avelynn Small of Arvada, Colorado; his brother Dennis; his son-in-law Sandy Cardwell of Erie, KS; his sister Connie Davis of Denver, Colorado; his nieces, Cindy and Karri Davis of Denver, Colorado; his nephew Richie Cardwell of Denver, Colorado; and his daughter-in-law Kim Cardwell. He is also survived by four great-nieces; three great-nephews.
