He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Elsworth and Gertrude Elsworth (Sketers); his daughter Jamie Gates; his grandsons, Gabriel and Noah Gates; and his siblings, Roger Elsworth and Norma Roberts (Elsworth).
He is survived by: his son Dustie Elsworth (Heather) of Erie; his grandchildren, Taylor Elsworth, Lilly Elsworth, Zoey Elsworth and Haddie Elsworth; his daughter Codie Bartholomew (Jeff) of Erie; his grandchildren, Ethan Bartholomew and Aidan Bartholomew; and his siblings, Vince Elsworth of Show Low, Arizona and Connie Elsworth of Parsons. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
