She was predeceased by: her parents, Will P. Winters and Bertha L. Winters (Tyler); and her siblings, Ernie Winters, Sondra Pelican and Linda Reinier.
She is survived by: her children, Johnie A. Moreland, Jr. (Erin) of Brighton, CO, LeighAnn Spilman (Bobby) of Erie, Connie Westburg (Scott) of Minocqua, WI, Rhonda Knodel (Ron) of Brighton, CO and Janice Magnuson (Larry) of Tiskilwa, Illinois; and her sister Wilma Payne of Erie. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
