He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Roy Hensley, Jr. and Erma Lou Hensley (Stephens); his father-in-law Charles Joseph Merrill; his brother-in-law Robert Hough; and his niece Gina Renée Neuhauser.
He is survived by: his wife Allene Joe Hensley (Merrill); his children, Angela Roberts (Jim) of Hendersonville, Jessica Erickson (Scot) of Mascoutah and Jason Hensley (Tammy) of Shawnee; his grandchildren, Nathan Roberts (Leia), James Roberts, Dakota Knapp (Mandy), Timmy Roberts, Halen Knapp (Luciana), Johnathan Hensley, Andrea Erickson, Sarah Roberts, Taylor Hensley and Julie-Anne Erickson; his great grandchildren, Elijah Roberts, Adysn Roberts, Chase Knapp and Nash Roberts; and his sister Jeannette Hough (Hensley). He is also survived by husband, son, brother, son-in-law, brother-in-law, father, grandfather, and friend.
