He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel R. Yockey and Helen Yockey (Houghton); and his sisters, Mary Eileen Yockey and Wanda Lou Lacy. He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Johnson of Chanute, Connie Buskirk (Tim) of Erie and Gail Bush (Brian) of Wichita; and his brothers, Carl Yockey (Louise) of Parsons and Jim Yockey (Brenda) of Marietta, GA.. He is also survived by six grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, a great-great grandson.

Memorials are suggested to the Federated Church.
