He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Monroe and Vergena Louise Keaton (Ryno); and his sister Donna Lampert. He is survived by: his wife Melinda Keaton; his children, Billy Meins (Michele) of Humboldt, Kansas, Carla Johnson (Curly) and Lee Maurer (Brandy) of Erie, Kansas.; his sister Dottie; and his close friend Greta. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 17 Great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Erie Baptist Church (301 S Butler St, Erie, KS 66733).
