He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Holter and Minnie Holter (Wylie); his daughter Heidi Holter; and his siblings, Curtis Holter, Leroy Holter and Beverly Sue Allen.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kimlin "Kim" Holter and Pat Buckridge of Erie; and his granddaughters, Mystic "Misty" Stevens (Danny) of Iola, Jessica Turner of Erie, Danice Heilig (Travis Fulks) of Lincoln and Soloma "Cati" Buckridge of Parsons. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; and six great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
