Bill Noakes Obituary

We bid farewell to Bill Noakes of Erie, Kansas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 11, 2024 at the age of 85. Bill touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence; and his siblings, Melba Long, Merle Noakes and Jerry Noakes. He is survived by: his wife Linda Beebe of Vinita, Oklahoma.; his children, Diane Hansen (Steve) of Chanute, Jeff Noakes of Erie and Kelly Noakes (Krissanna) of Baxter Springs; his grandchildren, Clayton Hansen of Fort Worth, TX, Gabby Noakes, Dalton Noakes of Cleveland, OH, Lukas Noakes (Ashleigh) of Parsons, Ethan Noakes (Kayt) of Erie, Lindsay Waeltz (Clifford) of Erie and Tosha Noakes of Baxter Springs; his great grandchildren, Gabe Noakes, Charlotte Noakes, Zeke Noakes, Carsen Waeltz and Lainey Waeltz; and his sister Gloria White (Ramon) of Caney. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life was held on Monday, October 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Neosho County Fair Grounds Building.

Memorial contributions may be made to the First Christian Church of Erie.
