He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake Clowers and Lula Hillard Clowers; and his siblings, Bill Clowers, James Clowers, Jerry Clowers and Lucy Moses.
He is survived by: his son Arthur Sherwood of Niota Two; and his sister Shirley Thomas.
