She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert "Hub" Houston and Marie Lacey Stephens; and her siblings, Geneva Tallent, Lorene Moses, Mildred Hayes, Iona Wilson, Frank, Clyde, Clay and Creed Stephens.
She is survived by: her husband D. D. Ervin; her son Danny Herbert Ervin (Dolores) of Almont, MI; her grandson Christopher Ervin; and her stepgrandson Jeff Goucher.
