She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Anderson and Kittie Ann Anderson (Leeds); her son Scott Dean Sommers; and her sister Joyce Ann Pinneger. She is survived by: her husband Richard Sommers of Emporia; her children, Mark Sommers (Jeannine) of Berthoud, Randy Sommers of Emporia, Brian Sommers (Sabrina) of Berthoud, Colorado, Shiela Steinkuhler (Kurt) of Emporia and Sonja Hodges (Jeff) of Emporia; her grandchildren, Staci Bryant (Luke), Sara Newkirk (Adam), Joshua Zuniga (Whitney), Gage Zuniga, Danielle Scarzello (Greg), Jesse Sommers (Cheryl), Tytus, Tate Sommers, Malik, Madison and Markli Sommers; and her great grandchildren, Quinn, Norah, Neilly Bryant, Georgia Yvonne, Victoria and Bella Sommers.
