It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Yolanda Jurado (Emporia, Kansas), who passed away on January 12, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Antero Jurado and Maria Jurado; and her siblings, Alfonso, Nicanor, Hugo, Ruben and Marina.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Valdivia, Roxana Smith (Steven), Ivan Valdivia (Alma) and Maria Duncan (David); her grandchildren, Austin, Jake Valdivia, Ashley, Gabby Smith, Danielle Kaleo (Koa) and Stephanie Velasco; her stepgrandchildren, Angel and Nakesha Guzman; her great grandchildren, Mahealani and Lilinoe Kaleo; and her siblings, Martha Wyrick and Aida Sanchez.
