He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Hart and Elwyn Clow Hart; and his brothers, Richard Hart and Steve Tallen. He is survived by: his wife Judith Doreene Cleveland; his children, Richard Brandon Hart of Kansas City, Cody Hart of Emporia and Stephany Doreene Skirvin of Emporia; his grandchildren, Talen Hart, Kimberlie Skirvin, Kyler Skirvin and Kohen Skirvin; and his sister Cindy Castle of Ohio. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
