It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Whitney Louis Halcumb in Emporia, Kansas, born in Apple Valley, California, who passed away on July 9, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmar E "Buck" Halcumb and Sandra J. Halcumb. He is survived by: his children, Leah Myers, Danielle Doll (Phil), Rachel Halcumb, Whitney Halcumb Jr. and Joseph Halcumb; and his siblings, Charles L. Stutes Jr., Keith E. Halcumb (Cindy), Molly Hardwick (Gary) and Robin Gannon. He is also survived by five grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
