With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wanda J. Davis of Emporia, Kansas, born in Newton, Kansas, who passed away on April 5, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Walter and Hazel Jacobson Bruington; her husband Jack James Davis; and her siblings, Donna Wahl, Melvin and Rex Bruington.
She is survived by: her daughters, Christine Davis of Kansas City, Marilyn Dalton (Ed) of Emporia and Julia Giger (Greg) of Emporia; her grandsons, Jeremy Dalton (Randi), Jake Dalton (Jennifer), Adam Hines (Candie), Corey Giger (Ryan) and Kelley Giger; her great grandchildren, Owen Hines, Eden Hines, Asher Ethetton, Christopher Dalton, Andria Dalton, Travis Dalton, Nicole Dalton, Jack Dalton and Davis Giger; and her brother Terry Bruington of Emporia.
