With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tony Eugene Rhoads of Emporia, Kansas, who passed away on January 7, 2023 at the age of 52. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Marylin Kay Rhoads (Hall) and James Rhoads; his son James Leroy Rhoads; and his close friend Elizabeth Smith. He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Havens of Neosho Rapids, KS and Edee Rhoads of Ashland, NE; his aunt Linda Powell (Bob); his nephews, Victor, Brandon and David; and his niece Sabrina.
