She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle Barner and Marie Barner (Reeves); and her brothers, Stanley Barner and Eldon Barner. She is survived by: her husband Norman Stanley of Emporia, KS; her children, Patti Caron (Doug) of Wichita, KS, Robert Stanley (Judith) and Ginni Stanley (Tara Carlyle); and her siblings, Melvin Barner (Marilyn) of Belle Plaine, KS and Terry (Joannie). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
