She was predeceased by: her parents, Essie Perry and Anna Hill Perry. She is survived by: her children, Johnny B. Slappy of Aliquippa, Larry Slappy of Detroit, Alphonso Slappy of Emporia, Kansas, Ann Joyner of Pflugerville and Bernell Lundy of Aliquippa, Pennsylvania. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
