She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ramirez and Betty Ramirez (Horn); and her siblings, Ron Ramirez and Pam Ramirez. She is survived by: her daughter Christy Velo (Jason) of Emporia; her grandchildren, Nickolas and Madison Velo of Emporia; and her siblings, Larry of Emporia, Ed Ramirez of Emporia and Nancy Smallwood of Emporia.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Roberts-Blue-Barnett Funeral Home (605 State St, Emporia, KS 66801).
