He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Church and Marie Bare Church; and his brother David Church. He is survived by: his wife Donna Church of Lawrence, Kansas; his daughters, Becky Milner (Troy) of Eudora, Kansas and Dena Pacheco (Corey) of Eudora, Kansas; his grandchildren, Ava Pacheco, Carter Pacheco, Sawyer Pacheco and Joe Milner; and his nephew Brandon Church.
