He is survived by: his parents, Lee Maynard and Ruth Elizabeth Nation; his children, Philip Welch, Jr. (Cindy) of Sunrise Beach, Virginia Morse (Rick) of Newell, SD, Brenda Brewster (Bobby) of Spruce Pine, NC, Peggy Welch of Camdenton, MO, Lori Welch of Waverly, Tracey Weirsma (Duane) of North Port, FL, Christine Williams (Vernon), Nikki Houston and Trisha Nicholson of Savannah, MO; and his brother Michael Welch (Irma) of Manor, TX. He is also survived by grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
