He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Biggs and Pauline Watson Biggs; and his brother Harold Biggs. He is survived by: his wife Jimmie Joyce Biggs of Belton, Missouri; his sisters, Freda Berry (Ivan) of Tonganoxie, KS, Mary Pendergraft of New Braunfels, TX, Janice Taggart (Keith) of Lebanon and Judy Gibson of Richland, MO; his children, Darren Biggs (Pam) of Emporia and Denise Seah (David) of Parkville, MO; his grandchildren, Dylan Seah, William Cody Biggs, Amanda Miller, Laci Mitchell and Logan Biggs; his great grandchildren, Tegan, Rylie Mitchell and Jax Biggs; and his brothers, Maddox and Paxton Miller.
He now enjoys his freedom from Parkinson's Disease which he had suffered from for many years.
