Though Norma Aileen may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Berrong and Norma Berrong (Powell); her husband Howard V. Kirk, Jr.; and her sisters, Pearl Jane Hughes and Peggy Becker.
She is survived by: her children, William C. Davis (Karen) of Blaine, Timothy R. Davis of Emporia and Mary C. Ames (Matthew) of Chanute; and her brothers, William Berrong of Oklahoma and Clifford Berrong of Emporia. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren.
