She was predeceased by: her parents, Godlieb Gross and Anna Gross (Stickley); and her siblings, Vivian Germillion, Phyllis Mayeux, Delores Grovijahn, Glen Gross, Floyd Gross and Lester Gross.

She is survived by: her husband Walter Johnson; her children, Vicki Burnett of Emporia, KS, Kay Christopher of Madison, KS, Tammy Langholz (Jim) of Louisburg, KS and Michael Horlyk (Tracy) of Sioux Falls, SD; her sisters, Eileen Mehle of Louisiana and Evelina Robinson of Jackson, MO; and her stepson Keith Johnson (Janet) of Overbrook, KS. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Hand in Hand Hospice and sent in c/o the Lamb-Roberts-Price Funeral Home, P.O. Box 268, Overbrook, KS 66524.
