She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry I. Williams and Jessie Williams; her daughter Susan Owens; and her sisters, Carolyn Oswald, Barbara Campbell, Beverly Taylor and Marjorie Howarth.

She is survived by: her spouse Hobart Eugene "Gene" Simons; and her children, Sharon Simons of Emporia, David Simons (Marlo) of Liberty, Tony Simons (Julie) of Topeka and Ronald Wilson (Bonnie) of Phoenix, Arizona. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and ten great-great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations to the Ronald G. Wilson Scholarship Fund at ESU, may be sent in care of Roberts-Blue-Barnett.
