Fish (Emporia, Kansas), born in Newton, Kansas, who passed away on April 2, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleland Frank and Lauretta Pearl Fish (Koerner); and his son David A. Fish. He is survived by: his spouse Arlyne V. Hilfiker; and his children, Dennis F. Fish (Cheryle) of Wichita and Laurene R. Allen (Frank) of Emporia. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
