Kenneth Leon Suchy Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Leon Suchy of Emporia, Kansas, born in Great Bend, Kansas, who passed away on August 31, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Suchy and Rosie Suchy (Oborny); his wife Rosemary Meyer; his children, Kenneth Christopher Suchy of Kansas City, Tammy Volk (James) of Bonita Springs and Dr. Melissa Herrman (Tate) of Topeka; his siblings, Robert Suchy of Raleigh, Duane Suchy of Tulsa, Daniel Suchy of Lawrence, Beverly Fenwick of Larned and Janice Harper of Topeka; and his grandchildren, Dr. Ariel McDonald (Dakota), Nicholas Herrman, Kyle Herrman and Trey Herrman.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Emporia Friends of the Zoo and sent in care of Roberts-Blue-Barnett Funeral Home.
