Julie Ann Parks Obituary
Julie "Jules" Ann Parks, 65, of Emporia, died December 18, 2024, at Research Medical Center, Kansas City, MO. She was born September 12, 1959, in Mullen, NE, to Myron and Delores "Dee" (Elliott) Barnes. Jules graduated with a secretarial degree from Scotts Bluff University. Jules enjoyed cooking and was an avid fan of the Food Network channel.
Julie is survived by: companion, Ray Miller of Emporia; children, Mitch Stone and wife Shannon of McCook, NE, Megan Ruiz and husband Frankie of Emporia, Andrew Parks and wife Shelly of Valentine, NE, Jerry Parks and wife Morgan of Bush City; grandchildren, Ashlynn Stone, Brooklynn Ruiz, Maia Ruiz, Eric Ruiz, Evie, Lily, Marvel Parks, Amelia Parks, Aurora Parks, Abbott Parks; siblings, Randy Barnes and wife Roberta of Halsey, NE, Wyatt Barnes and wife Kelly of Brady, NE, Mark Barnes and wife Jamie of Billings, MT, and Vickie Trisdale and companion Jeff of Grant City, MO.
She was preceded in death by her parents and grandson, Frankie Parks Ruiz.
