It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Mae Hurley of Emporia, Kansas, born in Topeka, Kansas, who passed away on November 8, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, June Sells and Preston Sells; her husband Jim Hurley of Emporia; her son Danny McDonald; and her sister Lorita Pyle.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lori Pope (Kevin) and Sunny Rae Ohl; her grandchildren, Nathan McDonald, Dustin McDonald, Hillary Butera, Ashley Rene Fortson and Adam Mounkes; her great grandchildren, Ariella McDonald, Aleyah McDonald, Kamya McDonald, Danny McDonald, Gunner McDonald, Maxx McDonald and Lukas Cope; her great great grandchild Xaiden Jeffrey Cope; and her siblings, Jim Sells of Emporia and Sally Burd.
