She was predeceased by: her parents, Ward Robert and Mildred Pauline Philip (Lusebrink). She is survived by: her former husband David Hurt; her husband Bryan Barr; her children, Dean Hurt (Lori) of Corvallis, Oregon and Jana Grimm (John) of San Diego, California; and her stepson Lee Barr (Shelly) of Canton, Texas. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Mildred Lusebrink-Philip, Rose Lusebrink-Summers and Joyce Philip-Barr Scholarship at Pittsburg State University in care of Charter Funerals.
