Rodriguez Jr. (Maria) of Bel Aire, Eric Rodriguez of Emporia, Suzette Rodriguez Foster (Eddie) of Wichita and Kristine Bates (Christopher) of Emporia; his grandchildren, Megan Rodriguez, Christopher Rodriguez, Michael Tejeda, Alexis Rodriguez, Alejandro Tejeda, Allanette Rodriguez, Hope Rodriguez, Isabella Bates, Isaac Bates and Xavier Rodriguez; his great grandchildren, Maria Lies, Emma Lies, MaKenley Stevens and Adrian Ibarra; his brothers, Raymond Rodriguez (Barbara) of Emporia and Manuel Rodriguez (Lawana) of Raytown, Missouri; and his sisters-in-law, Janet Rodriguez of Emporia, Mary Rodriguez of Emporia and Janice Rodriguez of Emporia.
