He was predeceased by: his parents, Joel Clint (J. C.) and Velma Curtis (Raines); his sisters, Raenola Hanson (Mike) and Betty Curtis; and his son-in-law Richard Cupp.
He is survived by: his children, Heather Cupp of Woodward, OK and Tyler Curtis (Melanie) of Emporia, KS; his grandchildren, Brennon (Schylar), Bryant Cupp (Esperanza), Allison and Caroline Curtis; and his siblings, Lois Baker of McPherson, KS and Steve Curtis (Lea Ann) of Topeka, KS. He is also survived by loving extended family members and friends.
