She was predeceased by: her parents, John Rodriguez and Josephine Rodriguez (Mariscal); and her brother Robert Rodriguez. She is survived by: her sons, Richard Rincon, Jr. and Michael Rincon (Elizabeth); her grandchildren, Gabriella Zavala (Alexander), Lucas Gomez, Ryleigh Rincon, Kenady Rincon and Zoey Rincon; and her great grandchild Mateo "Babydoll" Zavala. She is also survived by family members include her daughter.
The family prefers no flowers with memorial contributions given to Hope Lodge of Kansas City, and sent in care of the funeral home, PO Box #175, Emporia, Kansas 66801.
