He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Tammy Sue Tetzlaff (August), Jenny Ann Ignowski (David) and Jay Bruce Hamilton IV (Brandi); his mother-in-law Mabelle Loercher; his sisters, Kathleen Jones (Charles) and Betsy Radca; his grandchildren, Zakary Ignowski, Tyler Ignowski, Elliott Hamilton, Blake Hamilton and Theodore Hamilton; and his pets, Boomer, Beau, Blossom, Queen Emma and Patches. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
