With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Edward Shaw of Emporia, Kansas, who passed away on December 6, 2020 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Edward and Marjorie Emma Shaw (Cummings); and his wife Martha Shaw. He is survived by: his sons, Troy Shaw (Julie) of Emporia, KS and Rodney Shaw (Sara) of Wichita, KS; his brother John Shaw (Alberta) of Fort Scott, KS; his grandchildren, Katelin Calhoun of Excelsior Springs, MO, Audree Shaw of Olpe, KS, Erik Shaw of Wichita, KS, Lucas Shaw of Wichita, KS and Adam Shaw of Emporia, KS; his great grandchild Berkeley Calhoun; his adoptive daughter Paula Schmitendorf (Dave); and also, Brady and Brice.
