He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray W. Emley and Clayoma Emley (Pope); and his sisters, Rose Emley, Geraldine Green and Alice Buss.
He is survived by: his former wife Paula Balliod; his wife Harriet Kessler Johnson; his daughters, Rhonda Emley of Enid and Robin Emley of Emporia, Kansas; his granddaughters, Jordan Frederiksen (Dylan), Jenna Peterson and Janae Wayman (Matt); his great grandchild Maverick James Frederiksen; and his brothers, Ray Emley of Emporia, Marvin Emley of Emporia and George Emley (Jeanne).
