We are sad to announce that on July 1, 2023, at the age of 76, Jackie Lea McConnell of Emporia, Kansas, born in McCook, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Gladys Mae McConnell (Dewey) and Lloyd McConnell; her daughter Kelly Sydik-Fisher; and her brothers, Jim, Dave and Larry McConnell.

She is survived by: her daughters, Amanda Sydik, Sherilynn Flowers, Trish Barrett and Holly Jones-Sydik. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
