He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Fredrick and Hazel Jane Shackelford Clark; and his sisters, Florence Buckridge, Mary Rubio, Evelyn Davin, Beverly Becker and DeEtta Clark.

He is survived by: his spouse Maxine M. Buchtel; his brothers, William Clark, Prairie Village, Ralph Clark, Topeka Clark and Earl Clark; and also Waverly.
