He is survived by: his parents, Ernesto Gutierrez Madrigal and Consuelo Hernandez Pedraza of Mexico; his wife Irene Gutierrez; his daughters, Viviana Gutierrez of Emporia, KS, Jessica Gutierrez (Joel Lara) of Emporia, KS and Jazmin Gutierrez of Emporia, KS; his grandson Sebastian; and his siblings, Javier, Marizela, Salvador, Antonia and Jorge. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
