He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Williams and Wanda Williams; and his sister LaVaughn Peek. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his daughters, Tammy Maley (James Sr.) of Emporia, Kristy Bell (Mike Leonard) of Gunnison and Mandy Bell (Duke Dehmlow) of Gunnison; and his brother James Bell of Toronto. He is also survived by Grandchildren, Ten Precious Great-Grandchildren and numerous adored extended family.
