Harold Lynn Zibell Obituary

As Harold Lynn departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Harold Lynn. Though Harold Lynn may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Shannon" Zibell and Norma Arnold Zibell; and his stepdaughter Virginia Lynn Nelson. He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Rose Carl (Joe) of Americus and Donna Marjorie Schumann (Dan) of Emporia; and his stepchildren, Lorrie Whitten (Lynn) of Dawson, Nebraska and Mark Allen Nelson (Linda) of Shenandoah, Iowa. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren and numerous great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Roberts-Blue-Barnett Funeral Home (605 State St, Emporia, KS 66801). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at 930 Graphic Arts Rd, Emporia, KS 66801.
