He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent J. Thill and Ann Thill (MacAntee); his son Leonard F. Thill; and his siblings, Joseph and Helen.
He is survived by: his spouse Marion L Thill (Feik); his children, Patricia A. Thill (Richard Kuerston) of Owasso, Howard J. Thill (Shawna) of Bartlesville and Tyson J. Thill (Shelley) of Edmond; and his brothers, Leo Thill of Eureka Kansas and Edwin Thill (Dodi). He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
