He is survived by: his wife Marie Kelley of Emporia; his children, Larry D. Kelley of Emporia and Cheryl A. Arb (Dennis) of Emporia; his grandchildren, Erica Spillman (Lucas) of Emporia and Jason Arb (Renee) of Emporia; his great grandchildren, Blaine and Liam Arb; and his brother Keith Kelley of Waverly.
