He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred W. Adams and Mary D. Adams; and his sister Evelyn Carpenter. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Sikorski; his children, Pamela Scoggins of Emporia and Kenneth Adams of Emporia; his grandchildren, Kristi Adams of Emporia and Gregg Etter; and his great grandchildren, Amy and Yumi of Allen.
