He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Voorhees and Emma Voorhees (Smith); and his brother Wayne Voorhees. He is survived by: his wife Liz; his daughter Laurie Temple (Justin) of Alma; and his grandchildren, Ashton Lindsey (Dustin) of Des Moines and Ethan Temple of Gardner.
