He is survived by: his sons, Floyd Bartlett, Jr., Charles "Chuck" Bartlett and Mike Bartlett; and his siblings, Maxine Jones of Dayton, OH, Alfred Cooper of Lawrence, KS, Kenny Coper of Wichita, KS and Danny Cooper of Omaha, NE. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
