We are sad to announce that on September 30, 2020, at the age of 72, Elizabeth Jean Birchmeier of Emporia, Kansas, born in El Dorado Springs, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonzo Topper and Florine Brown Topper; her husband William Birchmeier (Bill); and her brother Ronald Topper. She is survived by: her daughter Jody K. Allen of Olathe; her son-in-law Travis Allen of Olathe; her son Steve Withee of Clay Center, Kansas; her grandchildren, Amelia K. Allen and Caleb Withee; and her siblings, Robert Topper of Emporia, Charlene Robuck of Topeka, Helen Quiett of Meriden, Doris Rowley of Mulvane and Deloris Diel of Wichita.
