He is survived by: his son Danny Ragland of Emporia; and his siblings, Shirley Barrett of Cleveland, OK, Delpha Rockenbaugh of Fort Worth, TX and Gene Ragland of Clarksville, TN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
